Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market. Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns. Team Our Vision To be the strategic engine room of Raisin’s People & Culture team—building the secure, data-driven, and innovative infrastructure that empowers our people and scales the organization. Our Mission We bridge the gap between people strategy and the technology that powers it. We ensure Raisin is future-ready, fair, and fully compliant by focusing on four core pillars: - People Systems: We manage and evolve our HRIS landscape so P&C can focus on people, not manual processes. - People Analytics: We leverage people analytics and AI automation to guide smarter business decisions, driving equity through modern Total Rewards frameworks. - People Governance: We act as P&C’s compliance anchor—taking ownership of audit requests, people policy and process transformation, and risk management (TPRM) to keep our infrastructure secure. Your Responsibilities - We are looking for a People Analytics Manager to own the data, reporting, and insights of Raisin’s People function. - You will ensure smooth operations of our HR reporting systems and be the main point of contact for data-driven insights and analytics requests within our People tooling stack. - You will build and maintain Raisin’s People dashboards and reports to meet the business needs based on the requirements of the People business functions and in close alignment with the People Solutions leadership. - You will look after the data modeling, trend analysis, and predictive analytics related to our workforce. - You will support seamless integrations of People data pipelines in close alignment with People and Culture leadership and other stakeholders. - You will own the documentation of HR metrics, data definitions, and reporting structures across Raisin’s People applications. Your Profile - You hold a university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or bring equivalent experience with a strong analytical background. - You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data analysis. - You are able to translate complex data sets into clear narratives and actionable insights for business leaders. - You have strong People domain knowledge incl. People processes across the employee lifecycle. - You are highly responsible, trustworthy, and adept at handling sensitive and confidential data with the utmost discretion. - You have strong communication skills and you feel comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - You are fluent in English. - Experience with our tooling stack (especially with data visualization tools like Looker Studio and HRIS like Personio) is a plus. Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us! At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 75 different nationalities. As part of our team, you will benefit from: - Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year. - Flexible working hours, home office and 30 vacation days. - A company pension scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), which we support with 20%. - Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month.  - Do you miss being in the office? The Deutschland Ticket gets you there, which we subsidize with €25 per month. - Love cycling? With JobRad, lease the bike of your choice and enjoy tax savings, plus Raisin covers your monthly insurance costs. - Hungry all the time?
