This is part of Alfa Laval's broader Financial Transformation Journey, where we are building a modern and efficient environment for our financial processes. Your scope spans the full breadth of the Corporate Finance capability area at a group wide level, including how financial information is planned, reported, controlled and governed, as well as how Treasury and Tax are supported in our systems. You build trust by listening carefully to stakeholders, asking the right questions and making complex topics easier to understand. You enjoy turning business needs into practical solutions and are confident challenging unclear requirements in a constructive way. You are collaborative rather than directive, and you bring people together through open dialogue, clear explanations and sound judgement. You are also patient and service-minded when supporting users, while being proactive enough to identify improvements and take ownership of issues through to resolution. What you know To be successful in this role, you combine a strong understanding of Corporate Finance with an interest in business systems and digital transformation. We believe our ideal candidate has: Solid understanding of Corporate Finance processes, rules and terminology at a group-wide level. Knowledge of Treasury and Tax processes and how they may be supported through finance systems. Experience translating business needs and financial logic into functional system requirements. Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-expert technical and IT teams, and translate technical concepts into clear business language. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with CCH Tagetik is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important qualities are your Finance knowledge, motivation and ability to build deep platform expertise quickly. Experience from an international environment or a larger global company is beneficial, as is familiarity with complex, group-wide processes. Relevant university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field. We are conducting a continuous review of received applications.
