About BJAK The original mission of BJAK is we believe people deserve smarter ways to plan, save and grow their money. This is the origin of our name. Started in 2019, we built the first mobile-first, insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, its the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. Today, we are expanding ways to help people in the region — this includes spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our mission is help people get more from their money every day. We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities from our offices and remotely, who truly enjoys their work. We are looking for the most talented and driven people we can find. We are looking for people who work for their passion, not counting hours. Who loves building great next-generation products, not status quo. Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few. If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.  The Role We are looking for product leads to shape and drive major product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking. This role is for senior product builders who can own direction, execution, product quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams or squads.  What You'll Own - Lead product direction for major AI Stockbroking areas. - Define priorities, roadmap, product standards and success metrics across multiple features or squads. - Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers and engineers toward clear execution. - Work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services. - Turn regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions. - Drive launch quality, post-launch learning and continuous improvement. - Help build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value and honest measurement. What We're Looking For - Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features. - Able to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes. - Strong judgement on prioritization, trade-offs and product sequencing. - Experience leading or mentoring PMs / POs / cross-functional squads is a strong advantage. - Comfortable with high ambiguity, fast changes and senior stakeholder pressure. - Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys. - Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products is a strong advantage. The Kind of Builder We Want - Can set direction and still go deep into details. - Pushes teams to move faster without lowering product quality. - Knows when to simplify, when to scale and when to say no. - Can lead through clarity, not bureaucracy. - Avoids false claims and understands that product impact usually comes from many iterations and teams. This Role Is Not For - Product leaders who only manage people and meetings. - People who cannot go deep into product details. - Candidates who are too slow for a high-growth environment. - Leaders who push vanity metrics without understanding real user impact. - People who need large teams before they can create progress.  Location This role is remote, but candidates must be based in Germany. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in Germany.  Language English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.  Interview Process Our process is designed to move fast: 1. Online assessment or practical task 2. Role-specific interview 3. CEO / final round  For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week from the start of the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
