AI Product and Data Architecture Manager

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience operating AI/ML solutions within business applications
• 8+ years of experience in product architecture, product management, and systems interoperability
• Experience with Azure or AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and AI/ML platforms
• Experience with API and integration platforms such as Azure API Management, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Apigee
• Strong insurance and claims management domain expertise
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL

Responsibilities:

• Define architectures and roadmaps for configurable, interoperable AI products and data solutions
• Lead application modernization, re-engineering, and cloud migration initiatives while reducing technical debt
• Design scalable AI integration architectures, APIs, and composable solutions
• Partner with AI/ML, Data, Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and IT teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Establish data reference architectures that support advanced analytics, AI, governance, and security
• Lead AI implementation planning, prioritization, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption
• Mentor team members and promote accountability across cross-functional initiatives
