Application Support Agent (French & Italian)

Please, note the Client expects visits at the office in Wrocław (2-3 days/week).

Description

We are looking for a communicative and customer-focused Application Support Agent fluent in French and Italian to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent support experiences.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Fluency in French and Italian (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in IT support is advantageous
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and system navigation
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus
