🎤 Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job! At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people. Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don’t replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission! 💡 Your Mission: Own the First Contact and Grow the Sales Pipeline! We are looking for a proactive and empathetic freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the US market to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives. As the first human touchpoint for prospects, you will play an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches. If you love initiating conversations and creating opportunities, this role is for you! This is a remote freelance role for someone based in the EU/EEA who is happy to work US hours. 🚀 Your Daily Business: No two days are alike - Own outbound for the US healthcare market, from researching accounts to booking a qualified meeting - Start conversations with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, with messages that are personal and not copy-paste - Make your cold calls during US hours, so you reach prospects when they are at work - Keep your leads, conversations, and outcomes up to date in our CRM and use our research tools to find the right accounts and contacts - Follow the trends and share what you hear from customers (objections, needs, trends) so we can sharpen our approach and our product 🤝 Your Skillset: What you bring to the table - Experience in B2B sales or cold calling. SaaS experience is great, healthcare sales experience is a big plus - Hands-on experience with outreach (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and data tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Seamless.AI), or the ability to learn them fast - Confidence in cold calling and handling rejection professionally - Comfort working with AI tools (we use Claude every day), plus Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion - Curiosity about what customers need, and the judgment to match that to our solution - Bilingual-level English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand - Based in the EU/EEA and available during US hours [e.g. 2pm-10pm CET, adjust to your needs] and for the weekly US sales meeting 🌱 Growing together: what you can expect at voize - Generous compensation, including performance-based bonuses - Flexible freelance setup: work from anywhere in the EU/EEA, with the tools and data access you need provided by us - Real influence on how we build the SDR function in the US. You’ll help shape the playbook, not just follow one - A fast-growing startup where you’ll take on real challenges and make an impact by giving frontline workers more time for people - An open, collaborative culture where you’re part of the team, not just a contractor ✨ Ready to talk? Apply now! 🚀 We look forward to your application and can’t wait to meet you, no matter who you are or what background you have! Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
