Cybersecurity Compliance Facilitator

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional cybersecurity experience, including knowledge of secure SDLC practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle activities, including SBOM and threat modeling, and experience with SDElements.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance programs or familiarity with IEC 62443/EN 62443 standards for industrial automation and control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and maintain the cyber resilience project plan and schedule for embedded software and associated hardware interfaces.
• Create, manage, and monitor the security backlog, maintaining traceability and supporting on-time delivery of security activities and artifacts.
• Participate in and facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and reviews with security, engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Develop and manage project metrics and dashboards to track activities and security milestone delivery.
• Help teams meet compliance requirements while maintaining delivery speed.
• Provide administrative and technical support to senior security leads and engineering managers, including coordinating action items and tracking remediation.

In this role, you will support regulatory and internal compliance initiatives and cyber resilience work for embedded software components, partnering with software engineers, security colleagues, product managers, and engineering leaders across the product development lifecycle. You will join our global team working on cutting-edge technology and sustainability products. This is an onsite position at our worksite or office.
