Are you a Finnish speaker looking for a remote opportunity in Portugal? We're hiring on behalf of our client for the support of the customers of the most iconic global tech brands - from the comfort of your home! Location: Remote in Continental Portugal Contract: Full-time (12-month with renewal) Start dates: July 14, July 21, July 28 Join a household name in global technology a company known for its cutting-edge devices, design excellence, and a seamless online shopping experience. Your mission: support their customers with empathy and efficiency. Your Responsibilities: - Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments). - Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat). - Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely. - Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures. - Monitor and improve your own KPIs. You have: - Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1). - Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently. - Previous experience in customer support is a plus. - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Already located in Portugal OR willing to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help and housing allowance is offered by the hiring company) Originally posted on Himalayas
