Requirements:

• Bring at least 3 years of Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Have experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings.
• Have at least 3 years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience, or at least 3 years of electrical facilities maintenance and 2 years of mechanical facilities maintenance experience.
• Construction or project management experience is preferred.
• Data center engineering or operations experience is preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams through daily operations and maintenance activities is preferred.
• Be able to walk on uneven terrain, work at heights and from ladders, lift or move up to 49 pounds and participate in group lifts of 50 pounds or more, coordinate movements while using tools, bend or twist into unusual positions, handle small wires and objects, and work in noisy environments. Reasonable accommodations are available.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the data centers electrical, mechanical, and fire and life safety equipment to support peak efficiency and availability.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response.
• Serve as a technical resource for Engineering Operations Technicians and third-party vendors across the cluster.
• Manage small- to medium-sized projects from planning through completion, working independently and with local and global support teams.
• Establish and deliver project milestones, obtain and track cost quotes, and document results for potential use at other facilities.
• Drive innovation and resilience while helping reduce facility operating costs.
• Direct, train, and support technicians performing hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and operations.
• Develop and deliver site- and equipment-specific training exercises.
