Data Center Technician

Requirements:

• Work authorization: U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Some customer positions require successful drug screening and background checks; we follow applicable state laws regarding background checks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 field engineering support for data center operations.
• Rack and stack equipment and perform cabling, including inter-rack cabling.
• Monitor and respond to IRC alerts.
• Replace components such as memory, hard drives, and power supplies using parts stored at the data center.
• Support a large technology refresh, including extensive racking, stacking, and cabling work.

We are seeking an onsite L2 Data Center Operations Technician in Memphis, Tennessee, for a role scheduled from November 2026 through February 2027. Multiple shifts are available, with schedules to be determined. Third-party companies and employers are not eligible for this position. At F2OnSite, we provide IT field services across more than 40 states, supporting customer hardware such as computers, printers, point-of-sale systems, servers, and other technologies. Our teams work onsite on installations, migrations, deployments, and break/fix services.
