Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability and ability to multitask
• Teamwork orientation and effective time management
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor
• Valid Drivers license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities:

• Engage in meaningful and rewarding work that supports personal growth and well-being of individuals
