Director of IT Infrastructure - Hosting

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or hosting services, including leading managers and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise hosting technologies, including Windows, Linux, storage, virtualization, and container platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale infrastructure modernization and technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Set Ulines long-term hosting and infrastructure strategy, aligning investments with business growth, security, and resilience.
• Modernize storage, virtualization, and container platforms, while advancing our AI infrastructure strategy.
• Guide technology architecture, standards, and lifecycle planning to improve performance and manage risk.
• Collaborate with senior IT and business leaders on technology roadmaps, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts to optimize technology investments.
• Develop leaders and technical teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As Director of IT Infrastructure, you will shape the technology supporting Ulines continued growth, lead modernization initiatives, and influence enterprise-wide technology decisions.
