Founding Engineer (Core)

Avery is a Hiring Intelligence Engine - AI agents that source, screen, and schedule, on a system that gets smarter with every hire. Early-stage, Amsterdam, real paying customers. You'll build Avery's core - the app and the agents that source, screen, and schedule - from idea to production.

Tasks

• Build across the stack, from agent logic to UI
• Ship and iterate on the core product surfaces
• Own features end to end, real users on the other side

Requirements

• A strong generalist engineer who ships
• Comfortable with ambiguity and speed
• Curious about applied AI and agent systems

Benefits

• Real founding equity. You build it, you own a piece of it.
• Scope most people wait years for - own your area end to end, work straight with the founder.
• Early-stage speed: ship weekly, see your work in front of real customers, grow as fast as we do.

Sound like you? Send a few honest lines on why - no essay needed. Our process is short on purpose: a 30-minute intro call, one working session on a real problem from our roadmap, then meet the team and an offer. Days, not months - we sell speed, so we live it.
