IAM Service Lead

Requirements:

• Experienced IAM service leader capable of operating independently from day one
• Experience in service design and service transition
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and service reporting
• Expertise across IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI
• Experience in hybrid IAM environments
• Desirable experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and BeyondTrust PAM
• Able to complete BPSS and client security clearance checks
• Willing to work onsite in Inverness five days per week in a secure working environment

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a new Identity & Access Management service during a high-profile service transition
• Create the IAM service design and target operating model
• Lead service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing activities
• Provide IAM service leadership and governance
• Manage KPIs, SLAs and service reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage stakeholders, risks and issues

We are recruiting an IAM Service Lead for a full-time onsite role in Inverness, with a salary of up to £65,000. This is a high-profile opportunity to establish and lead a new Identity & Access Management service during a major transition. The role requires onsite attendance in Inverness five days per week, Monday to Friday, in a secure working environment, and successful completion of BPSS and client security clearance checks. We are looking for an experienced professional who can operate independently from day one, and the position is not suitable for junior candidates or trainees.
