Requirements:
- 8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript
- Strong Swift and/or Kotlin skills for native mobile development and optimization
- Proven ability to deliver complex mobile applications in fast-paced environments
- Ability to combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership and mentorship
- Practical experience with AI coding tools or LLM workflows
Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver high-quality mobile features using React Native and TypeScript
- Design scalable, reusable mobile architectures and state management solutions
- Set mobile engineering standards and mentor internal and contractor teams
- Introduce AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity
- Work with QA and DevOps to strengthen automated testing, CI/CD, and release processes
- Drive development of a core mobile product and help shape architecture and engineering standards across multiple product lines
