Requirements:

• Speak English fluently and communicate clearly in writing, with comfort using natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Pay close attention to detail and be willing to inspect, replay, or zoom in on media to identify issues.
• Think quickly and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Be able to write concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews and make clear choices when both options have flaws.
• A Bachelors degree or higher is a plus.
• To sign up, provide a valid ID and mobile phone from your country of residence, an up-to-date resume, and a LinkedIn profile showing your education and work history.
• Be authorized to work in your country of residence. Applicants are currently accepted from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and assess each exchange for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos with their prompts and determine which output follows the instructions more closely.
• Examine media carefully for issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural movement, text errors, or mismatched audio and video.
• Rate outputs for qualities such as prompt adherence, quality, and realism, and provide specific written explanations in English.
• Label first-person videos of people or robots performing hands-on tasks by dividing clips into actions and refining draft captions.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, and similarity to a target voice; some tasks may involve recording a brief spoken explanation.
