Mendix Lead Developer

Requirements:

• 8 years of total IT experience, including 3–5 years of relevant Mendix experience
• Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with domain models, microflows, nanoflows, workflows, pages, security, validations, and reusable components
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SSO, email, and Tableau integrations
• Manufacturing domain experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide the development team, and ensure quality implementation of the solution architecture
• Develop complex features, conduct technical code reviews, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects
• Guide and mentor developers, and support estimation, task breakdown, deployment, and production readiness
