Requirements:

• Ability to attain DHS EOD
• Bachelors degree plus 10 years of applicable experience, associate degree plus 12 years, or 15 years of experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and Power Platform
• Hands-on experience managing Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to express key ideas and gather actionable feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and solution design
• Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Power BI
• Hands-on experience implementing, deploying, migrating, and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 PowerShell and automation
• Desired: Microsoft certification, including Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, network engineers, and security specialists to test and deploy Power Platform updates
• Provide end-to-end service support for OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and Copilot
• Manage, govern, and secure Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Manage the Power Platform environment lifecycle
• Manage Power BI environments and workspaces
• Support service delivery initiatives that improve managed services availability, security, and performance
• Lead or participate in complex incident troubleshooting with infrastructure teams
• Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and runbooks for managed services
• Keep customers informed about operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and upcoming changes or planned outages

This full-time, regular role focuses on operational support and service delivery, including customer and developer requests.
