Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst

Requirements:

• 6–8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and 2+ years configuring Dynamics 365 and writing custom code.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 CRM and the Office 365 platform, including SharePoint integration and Dynamics 365 Field Operations modules.
• Experience with C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, XrmToolBox, plug-ins, Ribbon Workbench, scripting, and form creation.
• Experience with CRM APIs, REST/ODATA and SOAP web services, and creating and registering add-ins using custom C# code.
• Understanding of the Dynamics CRM data model and at least 3 years designing, building, customizing, and configuring CRM and xRM solutions.
• Expertise in Business Process Flows, out-of-the-box and custom workflows, forms, views, and reports; ability to configure business units, security groups, teams, roles, and web roles.
• Experience developing custom reports with SSRS and troubleshooting CRM errors and performance issues.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to developers and business users and advise on the appropriate balance of native features and custom development.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience maintaining requirements, change requests, and gap analyses; documenting projects and processes; mapping data for legacy migrations; and creating test cases and reporting results.
• A four-year degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, develop, and analyze Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM and related Office 365 platform solutions.
• Work with technical and project teams to identify application requirements early and plan new builds, expansions, and upgrades.
• Maintain requirements, change requests, and records of gaps between software and business specifications.
• Maintain project methodology documentation, processes, guidelines, and procedures, including infrastructure protocols that support daily operations.
• Prepare project documentation and support business cases for software development or migration.
• Partner with business, clinical, quality, and utilization teams on project management activities and delivery needs.
• Review existing system data structures and design models to meet operational requirements.
• Evaluate and map data fields to support legacy data migration.
• Create test cases and report test outcomes.
• Create and maintain task, knowledge-transfer, and FAQ documentation.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance issues.
