We are seeking a senior, hands-on Solution Architect to serve as the technical design authority for STAAND (Stronger Together Against Abuse and Neglect in DC), the Districts federally certified Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System. Our person-centered, AI-enabled platform runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in a Government Community Cloud tenant, with Azure services in Microsofts commercial cloud. It supports CFSA staff, agency partners, providers, resource parents, and District agencies through nine functional modules and six external portals, and includes CORA, an AI assistant. The role reports directly to the District DevOps Manager and involves close collaboration with CFSA leadership, OCTO, Microsoft, and federal partners. This is a build-and-design position requiring direct platform work, rather than an advisory or oversight-only role.
