Newgen API Configuration Engineer - Hybrid

Requirements:

• Approximately 3–4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Newgen or a similar low-code application platform
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations
• Node.js development experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Willingness to focus primarily on low-code configuration and API support
• Preferred: Direct Newgen platform experience and healthcare provider-domain experience
• Preferred: Experience with Python, AWS Glue, PySpark, Spark, and Spark SQL

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Newgen APIs, workflows, and integrations
• Troubleshoot API, configuration, and system integration issues
• Partner with business and technical teams to implement requirements
• Test, document, and deploy configuration changes
• Develop and support integrations using Node.js
• Assist with related data integration work using Python, AWS Glue, PySpark, and Spark SQL as needed
• Support production issues as needed
