Observability / DevOps Advisor

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a developer, DevOps, and/or observability role.
• Strong experience and interest in support and operations, ideally in a large enterprise environment with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Solid experience designing CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, including creating and maintaining reusable modules that support pipeline adoption.
• Experience using artificial intelligence in an enterprise or software development context, including machine learning, generative AI, and AI agents.
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to regularly interact with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience is not required.
• Assets include experience with Dynatrace or similar application and service observability solutions; Elasticsearch or similar log management tools; telemetry signals such as traces, logs, metrics, and events; IT service management, configuration management, incident management, and notification platforms; defining KPIs and service level objectives; AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and OpenShift; networking, routing and switching, and cybersecurity infrastructure; Java, Python, and SQL; diagramming, dashboards, and reporting; team training and knowledge transfer; and cybersecurity and vulnerability detection.

Responsibilities:

• Support teams during production incidents and help prevent future incidents using our observability platforms and industry best practices.
• Onboard teams, applications, services, and infrastructure components to our observability and SRE platforms, with a focus on CI/CD pipelines and artificial intelligence.
• Improve our observability platforms, tools, pipelines, practices, documentation, training materials, and use of artificial intelligence.
