Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Oracle Database Administration experience and 3 years supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 environments.
• Experience administering Oracle Database 19c or newer and supporting production ERP systems in a 24x7 environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, ADOP and online patching, environment cloning, RMAN, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Linux administration.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Preferred: 8 or more years of Oracle DBA experience and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain; Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC); WebLogic administration; shell scripting and automation; cloud-hosted Oracle EBS on OCI, Azure, or AWS; and EBS security architecture and auditing controls.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 across development, test, QA, and production environments, including application services, concurrent managers, workflow services, and web and application tiers.
• Monitor EBS environment health and performance, resolve issues proactively, and support business-critical Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases supporting EBS; manage backups and recovery, database refreshes, capacity planning, security, patching, and performance optimization.
• Diagnose application and database performance issues by analyzing AWR reports, trace files, wait events, and execution plans; optimize SQL, PL/SQL, indexing, and database configurations.
• Troubleshoot concurrent processing, workflow, forms, OAF, and integration issues.
• Lead EBS patching with ADOP and online patching; perform environment cloning and refreshes; support upgrades, quarterly patches, and security updates.
• Coordinate downtime, cutovers, and deployments.
• Manage RMAN backup and recovery strategies; support Data Guard and disaster recovery environments; test recovery and business continuity procedures; and maintain high availability.
• Manage user access controls and database security, apply security patches, remediate vulnerabilities, support audits and compliance initiatives, and follow segregation-of-duties and change management processes.
• Support EBS integrations, interfaces, and middleware connections, including those using APIs, flat files, OIC, and third-party applications.
• Work with development teams on RICEW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows; assist with data migration, conversions, and environment deployments.
