Power Apps Developer

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform, including developing Power Apps Code Apps.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with practical experience using React and modern web development approaches.
• Experience designing workflows with Power Automate and working with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, tables, relationships, and security.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and enterprise services.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control, collaborative development, code reviews, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Preferred: Experience leading enterprise Power Platform initiatives and knowledge of application lifecycle management, environment strategies, deployments, and release management.
• Preferred: Experience building secure, scalable, maintainable business applications; familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, and enterprise data governance.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform.
• Develop Power Apps Code Apps with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React, creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Build automated business workflows using Power Automate and configure Dataverse data models, business rules, relationships, and integrations.
• Connect solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Use GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to support code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and development workflows.
• Establish development standards, reusable components, coding practices, and application architecture guidelines.
• Work with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and technical teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain application quality.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, documentation, and production operations.
• Apply security, access control, data governance, and environment management practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring deliverables meet quality and schedule expectations.
