Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Instructional Design and Technology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in 5S methodology and blueprint reading
• Experience with manufacturing processes such as precision forging, investment casting, machining (milling, drilling, turning, and EDM), coating, shot peening, inspection, and fixturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively under project deadlines
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Preferred: 3D modeling experience; knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodologies or Built in Quality principles; familiarity with GitHub Copilot; experience with Management of Change processes; NX experience
