Salesforce Technical Solution Architect

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, including a record of leading global projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Revenue Cloud and CPQ, and practical experience with Salesforce APIs
• Proficiency with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica, and REST/SOAP web services
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce Architect certifications, such as Technical Architect or Application Architect, are optional
• Experience with Agile methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence in a global, cross-functional environment is optional

Responsibilities:

• Design complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures across enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals
• Turn business requirements into detailed technical designs for Salesforce platforms and integrated third-party systems
• Lead implementation teams by reviewing code, setting best practices, and mentoring developers
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, legacy databases, and middleware
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes and goals, then develop actionable technical roadmaps
• Assess emerging Salesforce features and recommend improvements to strengthen solution delivery
