Requirements:

• For clearance eligibility, candidates must have been U.S. citizens for at least three years.
• **Price and Promotion Planning Functional Analyst:** Experience with SAP Retail/RIS functional analysis; S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions, including PMR, OPP, and preferably Condition Contract Pricing; price calculation and margin logic; regular and promotional price planning; condition technique; POS outbound pricing; SAP functional configuration and customizing; business-process design; blueprint/Fit-to-Standard sessions; and requirements and functional-specification authoring in U.S. DoD/DoW enterprise systems.
• **SAP Integration Developer:** SAP BTP or CPI system integration experience; S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions, including PMR/OPP and Condition Contracts; condition technique; POS outbound pricing; SAP integration and data conversion; and interface design using SAP BTP/CPI/Integration Suite, IDoc, OData, APIs, LSMW, LTMC, or Migration Cockpit.
• **SAP Mid-Developer, Supplier Portal:** SAP development experience; S/4HANA implementation and architecture; SAP Clean Core methodology and extensibility; new ABAP features; and RESTful Application Programming (RAP) concepts.
• **SAP ABAP Developer:** SAP ECC development; S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions, including PMR/OPP; condition technique; POS outbound pricing; ABAP/RAP, including OO-ABAP, CDS views, OData/Fiori, BAdIs/user exits, and S/4HANA extensibility.
• **S/4HANA System Administrator:** SAP HANA system administration; software and operating-system installation, configuration, and upgrades; performance tuning and optimization; disaster recovery; content management; data governance; system integration; cloud-based solutions; and SAFe Agile delivery with focused SAP S/4HANA.
• **Training Specialist:** SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and SAFe Agile delivery; strong instructional design, communication, and facilitation skills; experience developing SAP/end-user training content and delivering end-user training; and experience supporting retail clients, preferably in grocery or high-volume store environments, with knowledge of retail workflows, store operations, and employee learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• **Price and Promotion Planning Functional Analyst:** Collaborate with clients to design and implement SAP S/4HANA pricing and promotion strategies; configure and optimize SAP Merchandising and SAP Retail; assess existing processes and recommend improvements; advise on relevant SAP functionality; lead blueprint and Fit-to-Standard sessions and prepare requirements and functional specifications; coordinate with cross-functional teams; support SIT/UAT preparation, execution, defect triage, and resolution; train and assist end users and support system enhancements; and provide program-management support, including status reports and work-plan updates.
• **SAP Integration Developer:** Build system-to-system communication, data exchange, and integrations using SAP BTP or CPI and modern API frameworks; share integration best practices; assess integration requirements and feasibility; contribute to systems and subsystem planning, schedule adherence, and technical documentation; support S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions, price and margin logic, and POS outbound pricing; and deliver SAP integration and data conversion using appropriate integration tools and interfaces.
• **SAP Mid-Developer, Supplier Portal:** Work with functional teams to clarify development needs; consult SAP functional consultants and client team members on technical approaches; prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and logic flowcharts for enterprise application changes and installations; and develop, unit-test, and document quality technical solutions in accordance with development standards.
• **SAP ABAP Developer:** Translate business-area and customer information into detailed application designs; evaluate technical alternatives with SAP functional consultants and client teams; prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and logic flowcharts; develop and enhance S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions, including price and margin logic, regular and promotional price planning, and condition technique; build POS outbound pricing and update pricing routines or user exits; develop using ABAP/RAP and related technologies; and ensure end-to-end pricing through IDocs and interfaces.
• **S/4HANA System Administrator:** Design technology architectures suited to platforms, products, or engagements; translate complex business needs into technical strategies; install software and upgrade operating systems; configure and maintain workstation and server operating systems; monitor and tune systems; protect data integrity through disaster-recovery procedures; establish standard operating procedures and maintain configuration and support documentation; assist users with business systems; assign and supervise system administrators; and collaborate on integration, performance, and SAP landscape functionality.
• **Training Specialist:** Create and maintain SAP Retail training content for grocery store staff and other relevant systems; prepare instructor and student materials; use SAP Enable Now and WalkMe to develop simulations, guided walkthroughs, in-application help, and microlearning; collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, retail operations leaders, and IT partners to align training with solution design, processes, and adoption goals; assess training needs and effectiveness using feedback and performance measures; and maintain training documentation and version control.
