Senior Electrical Superintendent - Data Center

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; candidates without a degree should have at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
• Ability to plan and schedule projects, stay organized, and manage project documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, particularly when working with subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA certification and in-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, scheduling programs, and document management tools.
• Candidates with 10 or more years of superintendent experience, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 experience, experience on projects over $20 million, English-Spanish bilingual ability, or willingness to travel throughout the United States may receive additional consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage superintendents, project field engineers, and other field personnel.
• Administer and control permit documentation, and review subcontractor scopes of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and oversee project safety, site access, and traffic.
• Track, coordinate, and arrange tools and equipment, including rentals.
• Schedule project testing and maintain related records and certificates, including concrete and soil testing.
• Communicate daily with the project manager, project construction manager, and field engineers about progress, subcontractor performance, quality control, and reporting.
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules and update the master schedule with the project construction manager.
• Complete daily log reports in Procore.
• Maintain as-built drawings for final submission.
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections, conduct final inspections, and prepare closeout documentation.
• Monitor the quality of installed materials and equipment, and manage site layout and benchmark control.

We are hiring a Senior Electrical Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors, construction trades, and labor crews so work proceeds safely, to specification, and in line with the project schedule. This is a traveling position requiring travel up to 100% of the time, with projects across the United States.
