Senior GenAI Developer

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs such as Llama and Mistral.
• Expertise in Python and AI frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for AI deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions using large language models.
• Define AI strategy, architecture, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Build and deploy AI applications using RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Develop agentic AI workflows with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and turn requirements into scalable solutions.
• Architect AI platforms on cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Establish standards for AI security, compliance, responsible AI, and model governance.
• Lead technical teams, review code, and mentor AI/ML engineers.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and advance innovation initiatives.
• Ensure AI applications in production are scalable, performant, and reliable.
