Senior IT Analyst - GFRI

As IT Analyst you will be responsible for detailing selected IT solution requirements. Collaborate with architects and business counterparts on a solution that delivers value to customers. Able to build solid understanding of business domain as well as data and systems supporting the domain.

Responsibilities

Elicit, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements by acting as a bridge between business and IT.

Extract, analyze, visualize and interpret data from various sources, usually as an input for requirements analysis and solution design.

Create data mapping.

Can perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solution.

Solution design

Analyze and contribute to IT solution design

Able to document data flows and describe to-be solution in text.

Participation in the Team

Participates in relevant team ceremonies.

Seeks to identify solutions without escalation.

Manages stakeholders to create alignment across the organization.

Continuous learning & self-improvement

Openly shares achievements and problems during daily stand-ups and requests team or capability support as needed.

Must-have knowledge and experience

• Experience and understanding of trading products and related risk and settlement process.

Knowledge and experience from working with capital and financial reporting e.g. Corep, Basel IV.

Beneficial to have some knowledge and experience from Nasdaq Calypso trading systems, primarily mid/back-office part as well as experience in Snowflake and SAS.
