Senior IT Manager - Digital Strategy & AI Enablement

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• At least 8 years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation
• Experience with AWS cloud platform architecture
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including model lifecycle, governance, and deployment
• Experience with data warehousing and analytics platforms, including SQL-based systems
• Product management experience
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital strategy, enterprise data enablement, and AI initiatives across commercial and technology platforms for our Digital Commerce platform
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI-driven solutions using cloud environments such as Azure and AWS, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Snowflake
• Lead technical delivery of our enterprise-wide eCommerce solution on SAP Commerce Cloud, including architectural design, solution architecture, and API and microservices integration patterns
• Ensure systems are interoperable, scalable, secure, and compliant with medical industry standards
• Manage direct reports and cross-functional technical teams delivering digital and AI-enabled solutions
• Coordinate IT workstreams, oversee system-to-system data flows, and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and internal and external stakeholders to assess technical feasibility, manage product governance, and align priorities with business objectives
• Apply Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design methodologies
• Track project progress and assess software releases for technical accuracy and integration compatibility
• Lead validation and quality assurance efforts, and prepare technical documentation, risk mitigation plans, and executive status summaries
• Supervise two employees: a Senior Digital Product Manager, Data Enablement, and a Technical Project Manager, AI Solutions
