Senior Microsoft 365 Endpoint Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints
• In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or Workspace ONE
• Proficiency in PowerShell and automation
• Microsoft certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID
• Manage identity services, single sign-on, conditional access, and endpoint security protocols
• Design and maintain Windows endpoint management solutions like Intune or SCCM
• Implement operating systems, applications, and security updates while upholding configuration standards
• Monitor endpoint performance, logging, and user interactions
• Automate processes utilizing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to enhance system reliability and security
