Senior .NET Developer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Microsoft SSIS, Angular, and VB.NET
• Strong web application development experience
• Healthcare technology experience, particularly with claims, member, and provider data
• Experience with EDI 837 healthcare transactions
• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and stored procedures and optimizing performance
• Experience with ETL and data integration using SSIS
• Experience mentoring and supporting software developers
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative Agile/Scrum team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Growth mindset and interest in continuous improvement and developing others
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and software solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and related Microsoft technologies
• Work with healthcare systems and data, including claims processing, member and provider data, and EDI 837 submissions
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database processes
• Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration
• Work with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead and mentor developers, encourage strong coding standards, and promote development best practices
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify ways to improve application performance, development processes, and technical quality
• Ensure solutions meet relevant quality, security, and industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
