Senior PeopleSoft Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of PeopleSoft development experience, including at least 3 years developing PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
• Expertise with PeopleTools 8.56 or higher, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with Fluid technologies, including Activity Guides, Work Centers, Page Field Configurator, Event Mapping, Open Search, Search Configuration, and Navigation Collections.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL, and PL/SQL skills, including Oracle database development.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• SAFe/Agile certification, or willingness to obtain certification within six months, preferred.
• Experience in global enterprise environments and strong communication and collaboration skills preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools 8.56+, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Develop and maintain Fluid UI homepages, responsive pages, Navigation Collections, Work Centers, and Activity Guides.
• Implement Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Field Configurator, Open Search, and Search Configuration functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party applications using Integration Broker, APIs, web services, and file-based interfaces.
• Support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules, including Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
• Prepare technical design documentation, test plans, and test cases.
• Support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Attend recurring status meetings and report progress to project leadership.
