Senior Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Triggers
• Demonstrated ability to optimize Salesforce performance and manage large data volumes
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching engineers and facilitating technical discussions
• Clear communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to explain solutions in detail
• Bachelor of Arts degree
• Preferred: experience in financial services, cloud-native applications, API and web services integrations, Java, Jira, Bitbucket, and source control systems

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize systems for large datasets
• Develop secure, high-quality production code in Apex and LWC, and review and debug colleagues code
• Identify recurring issues and automate their remediation to improve application and system stability
• Lead evaluations with vendors and internal teams to assess architecture, technical fit, and integration with existing systems
• Foster communities of practice that encourage awareness and adoption of new engineering practices and technologies
• Help cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
