Senior SharePoint Developer

Requirements:

• Were looking for a candidate with strong hands-on SharePoint Online administration and development experience, including at least 5 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint permissions, governance, and site management.
• Practical experience building SharePoint solutions with SPFx, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience developing applications or services with Python and FastAPI, and building and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs.
• Experience using Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with our clients in the US, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and application authentication; Azure App Service, Azure Functions, or other Azure services; SQL databases and backend data integrations; PowerShell and SharePoint PnP PowerShell; and integrating SharePoint with Salesforce or other enterprise applications.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, workflows, permissions, security, access controls, configurations, and governance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve incidents, provide Tier 2/3 support, and monitor platform performance, usage, and health.
• Support SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and platform improvements, including the transition from SharePoint Classic to Modern SharePoint Online and migration of existing sites, pages, and legacy functionality.
• Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SharePoint solutions, interfaces, forms, lists, and business processes using SPFx, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript; create reusable components and follow development best practices.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and automations, and build and support business applications with Power Apps.
• Develop integrations using SharePoint REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API, including data exchanges between SharePoint and other enterprise platforms.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs with Python and FastAPI, as well as modern responsive web applications and interfaces with React; connect React applications to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise backend services.
• Support secure API development, including authentication, authorization, and error handling, and maintain existing applications built with these technologies.
• Work with integration engineers to troubleshoot data exchange and connectivity issues across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Use Git and CI/CD pipelines for source control, deployments, and release management; support development, testing, deployment, and production environments while following security, change management, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams; participate in sprint planning, refinement, testing, and release activities as needed.
• Analyze technical requirements, provide development estimates, deliver enhancements, resolve defects, and support ongoing operational priorities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration details, and operational procedures, and support knowledge transfer.
