Senior Test Engineer - Automation Focus

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution
• Active member of the State Bar of California
• 2-7 years of experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling
• Proficiency in representing employers in administrative processes, including demand letters and depositions
• Excellent research and writing abilities, capable of simplifying intricate legal concepts
• Knowledge of California labor laws and regulations such as wage and hour laws and FEHA compliance
• Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and providing advisory services and training
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, effective in a collaborative team setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation for employers in various administrative claims and litigation
• Develop and implement workplace policies and agreements
