The position is within Primekss's structural department and covers monolithic (cast-in-place) concrete and construction projects in Sweden.

Main duties:

Manage monolithic concrete works on site, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete casting
Organise construction processes in accordance with applicable construction standards
Supervise the construction work process and its quality
Plan the materials required for construction and coordinate their delivery
Prepare reports and construction documentation
Organise and coordinate the work of company employees and subcontractors

Qualifications:

Higher education in construction/civil engineering (final-year students are welcome to apply)
At least 3–4 years of experience as a site manager and in monolithic concrete works
Ability to plan and organise both own work and the work of others effectively
Ability to read technical documentation and drawings and to use technical terminology
Good knowledge of English
Good MS Office skills; AutoCAD skills are an advantage
Category B driving licence
Willingness to travel regularly between construction sites in Sweden

The standard work rotation is 3 weeks on-site followed by 1 rest week (3+1). During the on-site rotation, the working hours are:
