Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX 21 or later
- Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS
- Experience using Oracle SQL Developer or Toad
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services
- Experience with JSON, XMLType, BLOBs, and CLOBs
- Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, including Forms-to-APEX migration
- Familiarity with BI Publisher and enterprise workflow applications
- Experience with data migration and secure API and network integrations
- Experience with Agile development
