The position is part of the voice services program within the Unified Communications team in the Customer Experience division of the clients Department of Technology Services. Our clients voice services portfolio includes Microsoft Teams Phone, Cisco Call Manager, Five9 call center solutions, video intercoms, and legacy analog voice solutions.
