Test Manager

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an experienced Test Manager to support an ongoing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) project. This is a part-time consulting assignment requiring approximately two days per week from 15 November 2026 through 28 February 2027.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the testing activities across the project, ensuring a structured and efficient testing process and supporting project stakeholders throughout the test phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, setup, and loading of test cases into the testing system
• Manage and maintain the test environment and related test systems
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities across project streams
• Facilitate test execution and monitor testing progress
• Track, report, and communicate testing status, risks, and issues
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful test delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or senior test lead on large-scale transformation or ERP projects
• Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and test governance
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across business and IT functions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting role
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience from the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and solutions
• Familiarity with the Valkit testing platform is considered an advantage, but is not a requirement

End Date: 28 February 2027

Location: Remote or On-site in Ballerup

Allocation: Approximately 2 days per week
