Vulnerability Management Analyst

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of information security experience.
• At least 3 years of software vulnerability management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting vulnerability scanning tools and configurations.
• At least 3 years of experience automating vulnerability assessment operations.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Information System Vulnerability Management (ISVM) scans and compliance activities.
• At least 3 years of experience with API clients and security scanning.
• At least 5 years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years of strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience working independently with minimal direction and collaboratively as part of a team.
• At least 5 years of experience demonstrating motivation and self-direction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist with security scanning across operating systems, databases, web applications, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and help develop remediation recommendations.
• Support cloud compliance scans and related assessment activities.
• Troubleshoot scanning issues and help maintain vulnerability scanning tools, consoles, and configurations.
• Assist with automated and scheduled scanning, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc or emergency vulnerability scans to support incident investigations and response.
• Create and maintain scan reports, data feeds, scan policies, repositories, and user access and roles for assessment tools.
• Support API client operations and scanning, and integrate assessment data with third-party tools.
• Coordinate with our security operations team on tool operations, testing, and vulnerability management activities.
