Workforce Management Systems Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience using workforce management scheduling software.
• At least 3 years of Excel experience, including a strong understanding of formulas.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• NICE WFM (IEX) experience preferred.
• SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison for NICE workforce management software, resolving issues and working with IT, business partners, and vendors to support optimal performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems and provide support and training to improve efficiency.
• Analyze reports and operational data, coordinate with other departments to address discrepancies, and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
• Manage projects including holiday builds, PTO requests, and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain data in applications such as NICE WFM System, Excel, SQL, and Power BI dashboards.
