The role Envato is an all in one creative asset toolkit, bringing together world class creative assets and AI tools to help creative professionals bring their ideas to life. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join Envato on a contract basis and help us deliver some important product work. This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your first few months developing a new product vision or writing a strategy from scratch. We already know where we’re heading. What we need is a great Product Manager who can come in, get across a complex product area quickly and help us turn that direction into something customers can actually use. You’ll work closely with our Product, Design and Engineering teams, taking complex initiatives from discovery and definition through to launch, measurement and iteration. We’re looking for a safe pair of hands. Someone who knows how to bring clarity when things are messy, make sensible calls, spot issues early and keep work moving without needing a lot of oversight. What you’ll be doing You’ll take ownership of product initiatives and help turn established strategy and priorities into clear, actionable work. Then execute on this. You’ll use customer insight, data and commercial context to navigate trade offs, keep delivery moving and find smarter ways of working through AI, automation and agents. The emphasis is on execution with judgement. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but you’ll be working within an established product direction rather than being expected to redefine it. What we’re looking for You’ve worked as a senior Product Manager in a SaaS, technology or digital product business and have enough experience under your belt to step into complex work without needing everything mapped out for you. You know how to take an initiative from an ambiguous starting point through to something shipped, measured and improved. You’re comfortable working with engineers and designers, can make trade offs when there isn’t a perfect answer and know when to make the call yourself versus when to pull others in. You’ll have strong product judgement, customer empathy and commercial awareness, and be comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative evidence to make decisions. We also want someone who is AI fluent. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should already be using AI as part of how you think and work. Experience with GenAI products, AI enabled experiences or agents would be a bonus. Why Envato Our product is evolving quickly. Creative workflows are changing, AI is becoming part of everyday creative work and expectations around speed and what creative tools can do are moving with it. We’re building for the way creative professionals work now, while leaving plenty of room for what comes next. If you like getting into the work, solving messy problems with good people and seeing things actually ship, you’ll enjoy this one. Life at Envato We’re a purpose-driven company and we’ve long embraced flexible, inclusive ways of working. We’re proud of the connected culture we’ve built across our global team. Our values: Customer First, Build our Future, Make it Happen and Embrace Diversity guide everything we do, shaping how we work and grow. Our benefits include home office, team connection & learning budgets, wellbeing and study support, volunteer leave, generous paid parental leave, access to all our products, and the option to apply to work from another remote location for up to 3 months per year. You can read more about us on our blog, including news of our acquisition by Shutterstock Inc in 2024. A few things before you apply We embrace diversity at Envato and what to ensure that everyone who applies for a role with us has an inclusive experience. Hiring for us isn't a tick box exercise, we want to know what you're passionate about, what our lived experiences are and what you think you can add to the team. We're also big believers in using AI, and that includes how we hire. We may use AI tools to help support our recruitment process, but they don't replace human judgement. Our people always make the final hiring decisions. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to apply to Envato and we're committed to responding to every applicant.
