You hit targets. But what you really want is to build. You know how to deliver ARR targets. What really gets you going is building a sales organisation that’s ready for the next stage of growth. Sound like you? Read on. Your role As Sales Director, you’re the CCO’s operational and tactical right hand on sales management. The CCO holds ultimate responsibility for the group result and the strategic relationships. You make sure we deliver our ARR targets, day in, day out. You keep the sales team sharp, focused and on track. Customer Success and expansion also fall under your leadership. This is explicitly more than running today’s team. You help build tomorrow’s. You translate the group’s growth strategy (vertical specialisation, internationalisation and portfolio expansion) into the commercial capacity and structure we’ll need next. You also help build the playbook that lets sales teams from new acquisitions integrate smoothly into the group. You report to the CCO. Together with the CCO and the Marketing Director, you form the Commercial MT (CMT). You also work closely with the Leadership Team (LT). Day to day, you and the Marketing Director make sure the commercial disciplines work together seamlessly: from lead to pipeline to revenue. You make clear agreements on MQLs, SQLs and forecasting. That collaboration has to be ultra-tight. What you’ll do Revenue & results You’re operationally responsible for delivering the group’s ARR targets, day in, day out. That covers new business, upsell and cross-sell, and retention and expansion through Customer Success. You translate the commercial strategy (set with and by the CCO and the Commercial MT) into concrete sales goals, targets per country and team, and an actionable sales plan. You drive pipeline, conversion and forecast accuracy. You own the sales funnel from SQL to closed-won, and the expansion funnel within our existing customer base. You’re responsible for pricing and deal structure within the agreed framework, in line with our margin and growth targets. Leadership & team + You lead and further professionalise the sales team (about 15 FTE) day to day, across all countries where Whitevision operates. That includes visiting our offices and teams at the various locations. + You directly lead Customer Success (currently 2 FTE) as part of the broader sales and expansion motion. As the team grows, this structure can grow with it. + You decide on team structure, capacity and how accounts and verticals are divided, to fit our international growth. + You coach, develop and recruit sales professionals. You also own onboarding and enablement for new colleagues. + You drive individual and team performance with clear KPIs and a healthy rhythm of 1:1s, forecast reviews and pipeline meetings. Building & integrating + You set up and safeguard scalable sales processes, CRM and tooling that grow with a fast-growing, international buy-and-build organisation. + You own the sales methodology, from qualification through negotiation to closing. You make sure every country and team applies it the same way. + You (co-)develop and execute the playbook for integrating sales teams of newly acquired companies: one sales methodology, one CRM, one way of working. + You spot operational bottlenecks in the commercial organisation and resolve them. Collaboration & execution + You work closely with the Marketing Director on lead follow-up, campaign ROI, events, partners and a consistent go-to-market. + You support the CCO in the commercial execution of strategic partnerships, including AFAS, 4PS, Exact and other partners. + You report on sales performance, pipeline and risks to the CCO and the Commercial MT. + You travel regularly to our international teams and customers. About Whitevision Whitevision is a fast-growing SaaS organisation. We specialise in intelligent document processing and automating document-intensive workflows. Through an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, we’re bringing several software companies together into one strong, international platform. We’re active across Europe, and the US is likely next. Our mission is clear: build one strong, recognisable and scalable company. One Company. The coming years are all about international growth, integration and commercial professionalisation. For this next phase, we’re looking for a Sales Director who doesn’t just deliver results, but also builds the organisation that makes the next stage of growth possible. "At Whitevision, we provide a solution that genuinely helps people move forward in their organizations. It enables them to work more efficiently and effectively, allowing them to make a greater impact. Our team is stable and consists of a great mix of experience, personalities, and backgrounds. That diversity is one of our strengths. We also enjoy spending time together outside of work, whether it's a game of padel or a limoncello workshop." Erik, Sales Manager What you bring + 2–4 years of sales management experience, including at least one year in an end-responsible role (Sales Director or Head of Sales) in B2B SaaS or software. + A successful track record of at least 4 years as an individual contributor in SaaS sales. + A proven track record of hitting MRR/ARR targets and scaling a sales team in a fast-growing environment. + Experience (co-)building a sales organisation. You’ve put structure, process and capacity in place for the next phase, not just run an existing team. + You’re data- and process-driven. You build processes, rhythm and discipline, and you steer on data and forecasts. + An affinity for Customer Success and retention, alongside new business sales. + Experience leading sales teams across multiple countries and cultures. You’re a leader people want to follow, and the teams you’ve led will tell you so. + Experience in a scale-up or buy-and-build SaaS environment is a strong plus. + You’re a natural sparring partner for marketing. You think in terms of the full funnel, not just your own team. + Excellent English. Good Dutch is a plus, as is fluency in a third European language. Our Whitevision way of working is built on respect, decisiveness, commitment and ambition. These core values are an excellent match with your personality and the way you approach your work. What we offer + OTE of €150,000 per year, depending on your experience. We’ll discuss the split, accelerators and caps on the variable part together. + A company car, laptop, mobile phone and a solid pension plan. + An executive role with direct, operational impact on our commercial result and on building a fast-growing international SaaS organisation. + Close collaboration in a small, decisive Commercial MT: the CCO, the Marketing Director and you. + The chance to help build tomorrow’s Sales and Customer Success organisation, including integrating new acquisitions. Ready to drive our commercial engine? Are you the Sales Director who’ll drive Whitevision’s commercial engine? Can you see yourself forming the Commercial MT with the CCO and the Marketing Director? Then we’d love to hear from you. Excited? Get in touch. We’re curious to hear your story. Want to know more about this vacancy? Call us on +31 (0)76 560 7820.
