About Us: Carefeed is your all-day, everyday advantage in senior living and long-term care. Our platform helps communities replace paperwork, spreadsheets, and multiple point solutions with one easy-to-use platform, so every role has the information and resources they need, every day. Built for senior care, Carefeed works seamlessly with EHRs and HRIS platforms to reduce manual work, improve communication, and give staff more time for residents. From admissions to daily care, we connect teams, families, and residents through role-specific tools that make work easier and care more personal. Trusted by thousands of communities, Carefeed delivers measurable time savings, easy onboarding, and a platform that grows with your needs. We help senior care teams stay organized, lighten workloads, and focus on what matters most, caring for residents and supporting families. About the Role: We are looking for an EVP of Enterprise Sales to own and close Carefeed’s largest deals across the West. This is an individual contributor role at the top of our sales organization, built for someone who can walk into a multi-facility senior living or skilled nursing chain and run the deal at the corporate level, not the community level. Your job will be to build the executive relationships, map the buying committee across clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders at the chain level, and close six- and seven-figure ARR deals without a founder in the room. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and work alongside our existing enterprise pipeline. Responsibilities: - Own the full sales cycle on Carefeed’s largest, most complex deals in the West territory, from first executive conversation to signed contract. - Build and run multi-stakeholder buying committee strategy at the chain and corporate level, not just within a single community, so one unconvinced stakeholder doesn’t stall the deal at implementation. - Build executive-level relationships with owners, operators, and C-suite decision-makers at multi-facility senior living and skilled nursing organizations. - Manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles with disciplined forecasting and accurate stage progression, not optimistic pipeline. - Partner with the Head of Growth as the point person on transitioning named enterprise accounts out of founder-led selling and into a repeatable process. - Represent Carefeed at national and state association events as a channel for building relationships with chain-level decision-makers. - Work cross-functionally with product and customer experience to structure deals that reflect what multi-site organizations actually need to go live successfully. - Bring enterprise deal structure and chain-level buying committee discipline back into the broader sales organization’s playbook. Qualifications: - 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals against multi-stakeholder buying committees. - Experience selling to multi-site or multi-location organizations, where the buyer sits above the individual facility, is required. - Healthcare, senior living, long-term care, or adjacent regulated-industry sales experience is strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to run long, complex sales cycles (6-12+ months) with disciplined, accurate forecasting. - Experience with a formal sales methodology for multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (Miller Heiman/ Korn Ferry, MEDDIC, or equivalent). - Comfortable operating as an individual contributor at the top of a sales organization in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, without an established enterprise playbook already in place. - Willingness to travel for executive meetings, site visits, and association events across the West territory. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Work Location: Remote (West territory) What You’ll Love: - Join a fast-growing startup making a real impact in the lives of senior care providers and their communities - Own Carefeed’s largest deals and set the enterprise playbook for the company as it scales - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and well-being - 401(k) plan to help you plan for the future - Paid vacation, sick time, and company-paid holidays to support work-life balance - A culture that values growth and development, with opportunities to grow your career as we scale Carefeed provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
