What We Do Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight. Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG. We’re building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We’re using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI. Who We Are Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility. The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for. Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan. Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software. Who We Need We are building an accounting & finance software that will be industry-defining, and we need someone to help Rillet transition to the next company phase. We’ve grown quickly over the past few months and are expanding our GTM team to accelerate this trajectory. You’ll work directly with the CEO, the GTM, and the Product teams to help prospects evaluate Rillet as their next ERP. As an early member of Rillet's GTM team, you’ll be uniquely positioned to build strategies, test hypotheses, and lay the foundation for Rillet’s GTM motion for the future. Specifically, you’ll understand their business requirements and existing technology stack, clearly articulate how Rillet will be integrated, and improve their processes. You’ll take part in sales conversations and will be able to answer the vast majority of technical questions immediately, without the need to circle back with the Product team. - Perform sales demonstrations You’ll set up the sandbox environment and tailor the data to showcase each customer's key specific use cases. You’ll deliver high-impact demonstrations, answering questions along the way and adapting based on the customer’s needs. You’ll be their consultant in the purchase process. - Execute relentlessly Work cross-functionally to provide front-line prospect feedback to founders and product teams in close to real-time. You will experiment with different demo styles, help write thoughtful follow-ups to customers, and become a highly responsive advisor to our prospective customers. You’ll roll up your sleeves and accelerate velocity. - Represent Rillet You’ll be the face of the company and will apply high customer empathy and structured problem-solving to ensure every prospect interaction is delightful. You’re comfortable marketing to a user with high finance and accounting proficiency, and your knowledge about the domain will be furthered in the process. Who We're Looking For - 3+ years of industry accounting experience, involving various accounting areas including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation. - 2+ years of experience supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions. - Knowledge of the ecosystem of tools in the office of the CFO. - Excellent communicator who can make complex concepts easy to understand and knows how to write and speak conversationally. - Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail. - CPA certification or having started your career in audit, a plus.
