Life Insurance Sales Agent — Uncapped Earnings, Fully Remote Role Type: Full-time or Part-time, Commission-Only (1099) Location: Remote (U.S.-based, work from anywhere) Compensation Structure: No income limits, with ongoing residuals and renewal income About Taubman Financial Taubman Financial Management (TFM) operates on a core principle: every diligent individual and household should have access to the same sophisticated financial strategies utilized by the wealthy. Established in 2008, our agency assists families in safeguarding assets, preparing for retirement, and establishing a secure financial base without the need for confusion, high-pressure tactics, or gimmicks. Our focus is dedicated to serving the working class, including middle-income households, blue-collar employees, and small business owners who require practical solutions over generic products. We offer comprehensive services ranging from financial and retirement planning to debt management, life insurance, and investment advice, all supported by partnerships with top-tier insurance and investment carriers. We are expanding our team with dedicated, compassionate professionals who seek to make a tangible impact while building a fulfilling career. If you are eager to assist others in achieving financial independence and wish to contribute to our mission, we invite you to connect with us. The Opportunity We are seeking ambitious, self-directed individuals to join our expanding network of licensed life insurance agents. This role is truly entrepreneurial, granting you full control over your schedule, income potential, and career trajectory. There are no mandatory quotas to meet and no ceilings on your commission earnings; increased effort and strategic work directly translate to higher rewards. Whether you are an established producer seeking a more favorable commission split or a newcomer eager to enter the field, you will receive the necessary training, lead generation support, and carrier access to build a sustainable book of business that generates income for years to come. If you do not currently hold a license, that is not a barrier. We can connect you with an exceptional prelicensing program at a reduced cost, enabling you to become licensed and begin earning promptly. Key Responsibilities - Engage with individuals and families to assess their specific financial protection requirements. - Pitch and sell term, whole, and universal life insurance policies from highly-rated carriers. - Oversee personal sales pipelines, manage schedules, and conduct client follow-ups. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, underwriting standards, and industry best practices. - Optionally recruit, mentor, and lead a team of agents to earn overrides on their production. Why Choose Us - Uncapped Earnings: Earn first-year commissions alongside recurring renewals and residuals that grow over time. - Complete Remote Work: Sell across the nation from your home office with no commute or geographic restrictions. - Flexible Hours: Choose between part-time or full-time engagement based on your availability. - Leadership Growth: Access leadership roles and override opportunities for agents aiming to scale beyond individual production. - Top-Tier Carriers: Leverage access to premier insurance and investment carriers to match the right solution to each client. - Comprehensive Support: Receive product training, sales frameworks, and mentorship tailored for both new and seasoned agents. - Licensing Assistance: Gain access to a discounted, high-quality prelicensing program for candidates preparing to enter the field. Income Potential Agents who consistently engage with our system often achieve six-figure incomes within their first year. Your earnings are a direct reflection of your dedication, activity levels, and follow-through. With no cap on earnings and recurring income from renewals, your financial growth continues long after the initial sale. Note: Earnings examples are illustrative and not guaranteed. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and persistence. Qualifications - Self-motivated, receptive to coaching, and comfortable working on a commission basis. - Excellent communication abilities and a genuine commitment to client success. - Possession of an active life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one; we provide support for discounted prelicensing programs. - Reliable internet connection, a dedicated quiet workspace, and the discipline to work autonomously. - Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; character and drive are prioritized. Compensation Structure - Commission-only arrangement as an independent contractor. - Income derived from first-year commissions, renewals, and residual income on active policies. - Override and bonus structures available for team leaders. - No base salary or draw; earnings are determined solely by effort and results. Application Process Please submit a brief note outlining your professional background, your interest in this opportunity, and your current licensing status (including state(s) and lines, or indicate if you require prelicensing support). We will arrange a brief discussion to review our business model, carrier access, licensing pathways if necessary, and your potential first 30–90 days. Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experience levels. This is an independent contractor position. Originally posted on Himalayas
