AI Architect

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AI workflows, LLM orchestration, prompt chaining, or agentic AI development
• Strong Python scripting skills and ability to solve technical problems independently
• Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures
• Experience troubleshooting AI outputs, reviewing execution logs, and improving workflow reliability
• Understanding of LLM context management, memory, and retrieval strategies
• Extensive practical use of AI-assisted coding tools and interest in experimenting with emerging AI technologies
• Technical curiosity, adaptability, and a hands-on problem-solving approach
• Preferred: Experience with GG ADK, LangSmith, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel
• Preferred: Personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, or independently developed agents
• Preferred: Experience with document-heavy workflows, process mining, or large-scale automation
• Preferred: Financial services experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize multi-step prompt workflows, agent orchestration, and reusable AI agents
• Develop prompt libraries, templates, and instructions to support consistent workflow execution
• Use Python to automate file processing, transform data, and handle technical tasks
• Analyze execution logs and agent outputs to identify root causes and resolve workflow issues
• Manage LLM context, memory, retrieval, and document grounding across multi-step workflows
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development
• Build and test solutions with LLM frameworks and multi-agent architectures
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, turning AI capabilities into practical business solutions

We are seeking a hands-on AI Workflow & Prompt Architect (BEC 5) for a large-scale AI initiative supporting customer complaint remediation across multiple financial product lines. The role involves building, optimizing, and troubleshooting agentic AI workflows, with an emphasis on reusable agents, prompt workflows, and automation. This is a contract position based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid onsite arrangement.
