AI Developer

Requirements:

• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions for engineering applications using LangGraph or similar frameworks
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into internal engineering tools
• Knowledge of deploying and managing AI solutions on AWS, including scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and serverless architectures for AI workloads
• Knowledge of LLMOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and governance
• Ability to develop and execute testing strategies for AI applications, covering reliability, accuracy, and compliance
• Experience designing MCP-based integrations and agent-driven workflows
• Ability to evaluate commercial AI tools and stay current with AI trends, frameworks, and technologies
• Strong collaboration and technical documentation skills in a multidisciplinary, global environment

• Assess and recommend commercial AI tools for engineering use cases
• Monitor developments in AI to guide our strategic adoption of technologies
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across a global environment
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
